YESpay imports UK payments experience into North America
YESpay announces it has opened its North American sales & support office and data
centre in Toronto, Canada as local card acquirers and merchants look to benefit
from the UK's pioneering work in the area of hosted and managed EMV Chip & PIN,
PCI DSS approved payment services. YESpay is partnering with major card acquirers/processors
to deliver fully accredited payment services to merchants of all sizes.
Rohit Patni, EVP Sales and Marketing, YESpay, said, "Our experiences in the European
market place make us more than equipped to deal with the challenges of entering
the North American marketplace. Businesses of all sizes are facing major payment
issues, including the rise in fraudulent activity, costs and time scales surrounding

Shuropody finds its feet with YESpay's Chip and PIN EMBOSS Bureau
Service
Shuropody, the total footcare retailer, has implemented YESpay's EMBOSS solution
integrated with Myriad EPOS software from Orcus in over 40 of its stores.
The integrated EMBOSS service provides a pre-approved solution that integrates into
its in-store EPOS. The retailer required a rapid roll out and the EPOS technology
from Orcus was implemented in less than five weeks. The turnaround was delivered
quickly due to YESpay's pre-accreditation of its EMBOSS Bureau Service with HSBC,
Shuropody's acquiring bank.
Simon Kirby, Operations Director, Shuropody, said, "Orcus and YESpay had to work
to a tight deadline, but managed to get every site up and running in time. Orcus
service and support has been outstanding, while the EMBOSS service is reliable,
quick and easy to use. Both solutions have proven to be an excellent match, performing
superbly well in our stores."
The integrated EMBOSS service has now become an established part of the Orcus offering.
As well as chip and PIN transactions, the Cardholder Not Present facility allows
customers to pay for goods and services over the phone. This flexibility gives Myriad
an advantage over competing systems.

Kiddicare quadruples individual transactions with YESpay's EMBOSS
Bureau Service
Kiddicare, the largest privately owned UK nursery supplier, has commissioned YESpay,
a global payment services company, to implement its self-service kiosks in-store
to support expansion and drive higher sales.
The 30 self-service kiosks, supported by YESpay's EMBOSS Bureau Service, are positioned
throughout the store and warehouse, immediately improving customer service by enabling
customers to pay for stock at the individual kiosks around the store as they shop,
dramatically reducing queues.
Scott Weavers-Wright, Partner at Kiddicare, said, "Our previous POS system in-store
was outdated and we made the decision to search for a solution that would improve
our offering, YESpay presented a flexible system that provided fast secure payments,
improving customer service and increasing sales opportunities."
He continued, "Customer service is high on our agenda and the self-service kiosks
provide an easily accessible, fast and secure method of payment, reducing queues
and improving our service offering. On average the self-service kiosks take four
times more per transaction, than the previous tills, and have already delivered
a return on investment. The solution also has the capability to integrate with other
Microsoft Technologies, enabling and supporting our plans for growth."

British Museum Company guarantees payments with high speed secure
payment service from YESpay
The British Museum Company has selected YESpay's EMBOSS Payment Processing Service
to provide a high speed payment service that is fully accredited by its card acquirer
and compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) across
seven locations.
The company, the commercial force behind the British Museum, needed an approved
acquirer of EFT transactions and payments to run its settlement service.
Muna Khan, IT Manager, The British Museum Company, said, "We were concerned with
the security of handling of our own payments and we had no way of tracking payments
with our existing technology. We would occasionally receive phone calls from customers
to advise that their monthly bill hadn't been taken, which raised concerns of the
level of service we were providing. Using YESpay, we can now log onto a secure site
and instantly access a record of payments made. If there are any discrepancies between
sales and payments not matching we can download statistics and check records."
The technology supports all major credit and debit card brands mail order and is
ready to support other technology, such as kiosks.

Blackwell starts new payment chapter with YESpay's EMBOSS solution
Blackwell, the UK's leading academic bookseller, has implemented YESpay's PCI: DSS
compliant EMBOSS solution, to provide secure Chip & PIN payments across its 160
EPOS tills in 50 UK stores.
The EMBOSS service integrates with ITIM's EPOS technology which securely supports
all Chip & PIN payments. YESpay delivered a quick turnaround and saved Blackwell
over 3 months in bank accreditation and PCI approval time, as its EMBOSS Bureau
Service is a pre-accredited solution, which has also enabled them to significantly
reduce the cost of becoming PCI compliant.

Mike joined us in February 09 as Delivery and Support Manager. Prior to that, he
was working with EPoS systems providers and as a customer in the retail and hospitality
industries. Mike has experience in Service Delivery, Account Management, and a Prince
2 certified project manager. Outside of work, he likes to play and watch a variety
of sports and he is a lifelong fan of Manchester United.

Yele Oni

Yele joined us in July 09 as a test and support analyst. Her role combines functions
in support and test departments. She will also play a key part in projects to continue

Rajiv joined us as a Regional Manager in June 09 for Canadian operations. His responsibilities
include Business Development, Account Management and Sales. He is a mechanical engineer
and has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. Prior to his MBA,
he was working in the IT industry in diversified areas like Supply Chain, Account
receivable, Insurance and billing. Apart from work, he loves to read fiction and
spend time with his family.
