Between 1989 and 2001 Chandra was CEO, Chairman and co-founder of Thyron, a successful multi-national supplier of secure end-to-end Internet and mobile payment solutions. Prior to 1989 he worked for SGS Thomson Microelectronics in France promoting and developing product concepts. He was educated at Imperial College, University of London, where he successfully completed his BEng and PhD degrees. |

Nigel Exton (MA in Eng. Sc.)
Senior VP Operations & Client Service
Nigel is SVP of Operations and Client Service. Prior to YESpay, between 2007 and 2010, he was Head of Client Services for Itim, a software and services supplier to the Retail Sector and a major partner of YESpay in the UK. Between 2003 and 2007 Nigel was Product Service Director at BT Expedite, formally NSB, another major supplier of software and services to the Retail Sector. Nigel has worked in IT for over 30 years and within the Retail Sector for 25 years. Prior to BT Expedite he held senior IT roles for several major UK retailers including MFI, Argos, and Mothercare. He was educated at Hertford College, Oxford University and obtained an MA in Engineering Science. |

Simon Curtis,
SVP of Strategic European Sales and Business Development
Prior to joining YESpay, Simon was Managing Director of Itim, a software and services supplier to the Retail Sector. Simon successfully built Itim through organic growth and acquisitions into a leading solutions provider to UK retailers. At Itim, Simon established the strategic relationship between Itim and YESpay, which led to over 4,000 implementations in the UK. Before entering the software industry Simon was a Management Consultant with Itim Consulting and Price Waterhouse. Simon has over 20 years’ experience in retail, covering business consulting and IT systems delivery. Simon has worked extensively with retailers to improve their operational performance through process and systems improvement programmes, covering store systems, buying & merchandising; supply chain; stock management; replenishment; pricing & promotions, and purchase to pay. Simon graduated from Middlesex University with BA in Business Studies |

In 2002, Rohit was VP of Business Development for Europe for Silverline Technologies. Between 1999 and 2001, he was Executive Vice President - Global Marketing, and between 1989 and 1999 he had the role of Sales and Marketing Director at Thyron. He co-founded Thyron, a successful multi-national supplier of secure end-to-end Internet and mobile payment solutions. He graduated in 1987 from University College, Cardiff in BSc Computer Systems and completed his MBA from Tanaka Business School, Imperial College, London in 2003. |

Prior to YESpay Dhiraj was in various technical lead roles in Thyron between 1997 and 2001. Dhiraj has over 10 years of technical experience in the card payments industry having developed and deployed a number of software payment systems. He has successfully completed his B.Eng. in Computer Science from S.G.S.I.T.S, Indore, India. |

Prior to YESpay, in 2002, he was Technical Consultant in Cognizant Technology Solutions (INDIA) - a leading provider of information technology, consulting and business process outsourcing services. Between 1997 and 2001 he was Technical Manager at Thyron, a successful multi-national supplier of secure end-to-end Internet and mobile payment solutions. He was educated at DAVV University, Indore (INDIA) where he successfully completed his Masters degree in Computer Applications. |
